Amazon UK: Wii U Sales Rank Jumps 875% Following Microsoft’s Xbox One

The Xbox One’s disappointing reveal has shot up sales of the Wii U on Amazon.com. The system was at #390 before the conference, but now has shot up to #40 due to Microsoft’s glorified TV box.

This momentum should carry Nintendo right into the summer as they have big plans for the Wii U at E3 and this fall. The console race has just begun but it’s good to see gamers are picking up a system that’s dedicated to gaming first, and multimedia second.

LOL. Well that's enough right there. Microsoft HELPED the Wii U. Wii was left in the pit but now it has a chance.

That's very impressive, however, I'm going to wait to find out more about the XBOX One before I make a final decision.

milkshakeman I really don't see how the reveal was that bad. They was just showing new features rather than gaming improvements, which will be showed at E3 no doubt. The graphical improvements they did show did look massive and I'm looking forward to see more of the Xbox One at E3.

It just goes to show you how the WII U has customers, they were just waiting to see how the Xbox one was and then they let loose. A jump from 800's to 40 is crazy and it really boosts Nintendo's sales and help the Nintendo's marketing target what they need to do to increase sales.

Tv, sports, and call of duty were the most said words in that "reveal".

VibeEditz Dissapointing my ass. Did you guys even pay attention to the loading times or graphics or new features. Gameing will be shown a t E3.


Everybody is too busy being mad that they added a bunch of features that don't relate to gaming. Because that obviously means the console isn't going to be good for gaming.
