Even if this where to be true. It would only take a year for the new consoles to be outdated compared to a pc. This in no way in hell is true though. It will come close but will never reach it. I realize they sell these things at a loss because of a whole stock market, and game selling scheme, but with the specs they released I already know my pc is better than it and I spent less money on it then it took them to make their console.
Now yes the new consoles will have the whole 8 ddr5 ram but its unnecessary to have. Most pc gamers now are playing at 1080p(which I might add games only play at 720p on consoles but are stretched out to be 1080p), with 60 fps(minimum). The most ram I have ever used at once was 3 gb while playing gta 4 and dayz(arma 3 mod). I am still wondering whos bright idea it was to have 8gbs in a console. It is just overkill. I know people are gonna say, well it needs to run skype, xbox messenger, the game, blah blah blah. I only have 4gb of ram currently(other stick got fried) and I run skype video call, play dayz, have steam open, and to top it all of I sometimes stream. And never cap out. Now I am not one of those people trying to bring down the xbox, as I am going to be getting one, but to say it is the same, let alone ahead, of pc is insane.

Microsoft are a multi-Billionare-valued Company. They dont need to gain any more money at the moment. im sure if Bill gates gets $67,000,000,000 a year, that wont realy matter.

Plus, they don`t charge you the full-building price... that would be kinda stupid.
They reduce the price dramatically.

I know, people obviously think of it as a great deal for the Xbox One itself. But then they figure a xbox isn`t nothing without Accessories or Discs (games) and so the laundering of buying the games rolls in.

I hear PC gamers on comment sections like this saying this insn`t possible to have a better console than the highest-end PC, but that`s just because it hasn`t been done before. I think it has reached a point in technology where; by the time the Xbox after the "One" is released, no one will realy bother buying it because i don`t think it will be a very big jump in proccessing speed, Hard Drive size etc, between the machines. Ive heard some people complaining about the HD Size (500GB) I don`t see how this is a problem? i never used up the 250GB on my 360, and i think MS & Sony will come up with a method to compress the size of games like ISO did by using the MP3/MP4 with Music, i believe?

Only the PS4 uses DDR5, not the Xbox. Besides, A lot of PC's have DDR5. It's not rare.

And quickly become out of date as PCs are continuously updated, consoles have to last 5+ years before the next console generation.

Consoles are basically Stable PCS computers cost to much damn money. And an Xbox and Playstation have really good software for the price.
