E3 2013: Twitch streaming integrated into Xbox One

You'll be able to stream to Twitch directly from your Xbox One, Microsoft just revealed. Demonstrating the Kinect integration for the service, a Killer Instinct match was instantly streamed with a quick voice command.

I mean, you can probably try, but if you don't have an upload speed of 2-4 mbps you will probably get a frame per second to other people.

Probably, you will need very good connection to stream good quality.

ProxxyBating People don't understand that it all depends on your internet if you want it to stream well. even on a amazing gaming tower you would still need the internet to back up the quality you want.
