E3 2013: Final Fantasy XIV Also Coming to PlayStation 4

Today at Sony's E3 2013 press conference, Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is officially Playstation 4-bound. We've known the relaunched MMO is coming to PS3 and obviously PC, but this is the first official confirmation that Sony's next-gen console will receive the game as well.

Final Fantasy XIV had a famously dicey launch in 2010, but Square-Enix has been diligently improving large swaths of the game ever since, culminating in the upcoming 2.0 relaunch, dubbed A Realm Reborn.

Never played this, and I don't think that will change. This game looks long and very boring.

I think we all knew that it was going to come to the PS4, especially with the timetable for release for the game on PS3.
