Phil Spencer talks about sharing games with non Family Members

Microsoft's Phil Spencer interviewed with companies and talked about the game sharing on Xbox One. He stated that you can share games with people other than your family, but there are some twists in it. Microsoft previously released that only ten family members can have access to your game library. None of them have to be from your real life family though.
Spencer states that he does believe people will create family groups with people that aren't associated with their family at all. He believes this does ease some of the tension people had with the game sharing, but it has not put out the flames yet.
This sounds like a great feature but their has to be catches and restrictions, I can't buy a game and 9 other people play that game that I bought, they is no way they would allow this, there has to be something they aren't telling us.
