This is another reason why you should stay clean and follow the terms of use on Xbox One. The Xbox support staff has been answering many questions on twitter about the console and features the system beholds.

UPDATE: Thanks Matt.

The Xbox Support Twitter now claims they were talking about the Xbox 360 and not the Xbox One, They are unable to comment on Xbox One ban policy at this time.

I forgot to mention that the 360 license system uses your account AND your console, so if you got banned you should be able to use the content on a new gamertag.

With the new one it looks like once you get an account ban, you have to re-buy all your $60 games, You must be a fool to support that!

If it was for the 360, why are they introducing this now?

It's always been introduced. It's licensed on your account, if you was to buy a new xbox you wouldn't be able to download all your stuff again since your account has been banned.
It may still count for the xbox one, but you may be able to trade the games to another account if it's on your friends list for over 30 days while your banned.

Oh okay, so this isnt for the xbox one?

im not sure if this is the same account they use for the xbox 360 support but the account is called Xbox support1 :)

This is a policy already in place for the 360 and has been for a few years now; if you're account gets banned then tough luck, why the **** are you being an asshole by hacking and exploiting? If you're planning on getting banned and see this as a bad thing then go to PS4, they seem to allow hackers.

Equalise Does this count if you get banned on a certain game? For example if someone was to get banned on CoD: Ghosts?

Again:

Did you get banned for breaching the ToU (Terms of Use [Hacking/modding/consolehack/mod etc])
Was that game a digital copy or physical?

If it (Cod:Ghosts) was a digital copy and you did breach and was caught breaching then yes you'll still lose all digital games.
If it (Cod:Ghosts) was physical and you did breach then they couldn't physically take the game from you.
If you were banned from (Cod:GhostsMultiplayer) but wasn't due to a breach of ToU then they won't take all your games. You would most likely just be banned from multiplayer for a period of time/indefinitely depending on why you were banned.

Once again this is for 360.
Not confirmed that they'll use the exact same rule for Xbox one.
My guess for Xbox one would probably be that they would use the same rules.

Most of the time half of the reports people file are not because you are cheating or doing anything wrong... it is usually because they are angry and filled with rage because you beat them haha!

Well, with the 360 you had this exact same thing, but it was with DLC and Arcade titles.

The difference is that EVERYTHING for the 720/One will be a license.

Say hello to epic cluster failure this generation MS.
