UPDATE: If you're banned on Xbox One, you will Lose all your Game Titles

Original story: A recent tweet by the Xbox support team has stated that if you get banned on Xbox One, you lose all your games. This is another reason why you should stay clean and follow the terms of use on Xbox One. The Xbox support staff has been answering many questions on twitter about the console and features the system beholds.


UPDATE: Thanks Matt.

The Xbox Support Twitter now claims they were talking about the Xbox 360 and not the Xbox One, They are unable to comment on Xbox One ban policy at this time.

No problem and still not a bad choice if you don't care about modding because I highly doubt a type Modified XB1 will be produced any time soon so you really won't even have to worry about modded lobbies.

-Tacodevil- Microsoft, I don't see the need to shoot yourself in the foot. One big point of a successful product is to satisfy consumers, not scare the crap out of them to where they're scared to even purchase your product. Also, why the need to stay online 24/7? I seriously doubt I need to be connected to the internet all day long and I'm pretty patient on waiting a few seconds to connect, I feel like it's a waste of power.

This site was founded based on modding and cheating at video games.... Of course we're worried about being banned.

No. That's how it works in the first place is by disabling the license that's all their discs are now is physical licenses.

Why even mention it then?!? You are just causing more problems for yourself until you release an official statement.

It's probably just not legally written in paper yet however the last tweet mentioned ToU so i'm sure they know they're going to do it but it's not OFFICIALY confirmed so they can say that because of negative response.
