Banned Xbox One accounts will keep their games

A couple days ago, a tweet was sent out that you would lose all your games if you get banned. Microsoft's Major Nelson came out a couple days ago, and said that you would still have full access to your games if you get banned on the Xbox One. Many sites such as TheTechGame have updated the users with the events.

Thank you Microsoft! I totally changed my mind about changing. You can sell your games and you can play games if your account gets banned. I'm sticking with Xbox yet again. They listened. :)

My question is if you get banned how are you gonna connect to the internet on that profile? Since the Xbox 1 requires that in order to play your games.
