The PS4 now offers movies and catch-up TV for free as well. They are trying to keep everything balanced if you don't have a subscription. Online multiplayer is also free, just like the PS3 was.

No. They stated at E3 that PS3 Users would stay free and PS4 users would have to pay. I guess they changed that, and now PS4 can play for free as well. I honestly wouldn't mind paying $5 a month for great features like beta access, discounts, free games and other cool shit. Better than what Microsoft gives us.

They'll be giving free to play exclusives
If they gave free DLC, that would be pretty cool. I'm sure that would get more people to buy PS+
