Sony confirms games to start at $59.99

Sony has announced today that their first party games will start at $59.99. Microsoft also released the same statement a couple days ago.

Many analysts believe that companies like EA, Activation, etc. Will want more for their games than the sixty dollar price point. Both of these companies declined to answer any questions about prices for their games.

They will probably keep the prices of PS3 games the same for 1-2 months then drop them afterwards. That's what i hope for atleast

not really much different to be honest, games are like that anyways, might go up to about 60 though.

I'm sure used games will drop but I don't think brand new games for Xbox 360 and PS3 will drop within the first few months, but I could be wrong.
