Mattrick defends the pricing on the Xbox One

Microsoft's Don Mattrick spoke with a company about the Xbox One's pricing. He stated that the $499.99 price tag was an under statement to many analysts. They believed that the price was going to be set higher in the market.

He stated that the Xbox One is delivering thousands of dollars of entertainment for the user to enjoy. Mattrick believes people are going to love the system.

nope. If not online within 24 hours, you can't do anything.


He can watch tv and movies. All he has to do is reconnect then he's back into his game library.

I don't mind the $100 more I'll probably won't even use the Kinect beside the new voice commands. And if you think about it the Xbox one would be $399 anyways without the Kinect.


Yeah exactly, it's so costly because of Kinect. But I gotta say, as a Microsoft fanboy, they've screwed up hard with the DRM and the 24 hours updates. Especially for me, I rent most of the games I play and I don't play my Xbox for a few months sometimes, and I do have over 150 Xbox games but I'd say half of those were pre-owned, and a quarter of those were stolen lol
