Xbox Live Gold free games pinned for 1st and 16th of each month

Microsoft pinned monthly dates to its Games With Gold promotion, with the Xbox Live Gold freebies due on the 1st of 16th of each month. As revealed during Microsoft's E3 press conference, Gold subscribers gain access to two free Xbox 360 games each month until the end of the year. Fable 3 was the first offering, with Halo 3 and Assassin's Creed 2 already announced as July's dynamic duo.

"As our way of saying thanks for being part of this community, we're giving all qualifying Gold members two free Xbox 360 games each month for the rest of the year." reads the promotion's site. "Each specially selected, fan-favorite game will be available to download only for a limited time, so grab them before they're gone and keep them no matter what."

glad i just purchased 1 year on my main account, at least they are now rewarding us for being valued customers unlike ps3 with "monthly discounts"

I hope they don't do it for COD. Other games are way better than COD and deserve to be given away.

People shouldn't be moaning about what games they out on, at least there free. Don't have to download and play them..

This Is Going To Be Really Cool. All The Game's They Have Realeased So Far, I Do Not Own. I Hope It Gets Me Away From Playing Mainly Multiplayer Game's Ex:Call Of Duty.

Yeah, that sucks but I am sure in the next 6 months that their will be one game you don't have.


I hope they have like a poll so people can vote for the games that they want instead of Microsoft assuming what games are most wanted.
