Xbox One boss Don Mattrick 'resigns'

Don Mattrick, the most senior executive within Microsoft's Interactive Entertainment Business, has allegedly announced his intention to leave the company.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Mattrick is departing to take up the role of chief executive officer at beleaguered social games group Zynga.

Microsoft has declined to comment

jonathanrocks123 Yeah "resigned" The xbox isnt as good as a ps4 and i dont want the kinect at all why do they have to be such money whores

You can't say the console itself is better than another one unless you've actually tried both of them. These 2 consoles aren't even released yet so give it a chance.

Zynga makes Apps and mini games, why would he leave Microsoft for that, I just read that these rumours are true, but he hasn't said ye to the job yet, I also read that he is considered one of the best executives in the video game industry, if he's smart he won't leave because it wouldn't be the same without him.
