PS4 video gives you a closer look at the console

The PlayStation Blog has posted a hands-on video in which PS Access Community Manager, Hollie Bennett gives you an up-close look at PlayStation 4. The video also give you a look at the PlayStation Camera. It’s just over 4 minutes long, but you get a rough idea of its size and learn the difference between the colors jet-black (PS4) and piano black (PS3). Interesting. Enjoy it below. PS4 will arrive in stores during holiday 2013.

It may look better but I doubt it's actually "better." Xbox always had the more comfortable controllers IMO.

I love the look of the PS4 over the Xbone, however I'm worried that the more compact box may cause it to overheat.
The aesthetics of the controller really don't matter to me, (as I will be looking at the screen and not at my hands) so it really depends on the feel of the controller.
The PS4 camera looks like a cross of the wii and kinect sensors. This is not nessisery a bad thing though. It has the compactness and light weight of the wii sensor and the quality and tech of the kinect!

Overalll I think this will be a better console for gamers, if your not bothered about the Xbox exclusives (Forza, Halo, etc.). I would love to get this, but I think that a larger volume of people that I know will get the Xbone, and I do like to play a little bit of Halo and Forza especially.

I love the feel of xbox controllers, I think they are the best. But anyways, I like both of the next gen console controllers, so I am fine with both. :D


From what i've seen i'm not too excited on the ps4 controller. It's kind of ugly to me, and I'm sure some of the features will be much under-used.
