Call of Duty: Blacks Ops 2 players on PS3 and PC can finally download the 'Vengeance' DLC expansion pack today.
The third DLC expansion for the game adds four new multiplayer maps (Cove, Detour, Rush and Uplink) and one new Zombies location (Burried) to the game, along with the Ray Gun Mark II for Zombies mode.
The DLC debuted on July 2 as a timed-exclusive for Xbox Live gamers for 1200 Microsoft Points. PS3 and PC gamers will pay $14.99.

Really sucks for the PC/PS3
It really benefits us out in the long run. The Xbox kids get stuck with all the bugs and glitches, such as the Cove Black Box one when it first came out. By the time it reaches us, everything is patched. Plus, we get to see if we like it or not.
We all know you really want the DLC and you made this up to try to seem like your not freaking out for them ;). Because its only a few minor bugs and glitches.

Well you could just wait on the Xbox for them to be patched... It's not like they force you to get them on the first day. Also if I remember correctly the DLC did not come with patches usually and you had to wait the same amount time as you did on the 360. Don't know about this one since I do not play BO2 but for previous CoD's it worked that way.

G9H Why does the DLC always come late on PS3 and PC?.
Because Activision and Microsoft have some deal where the DLC comes first on the Xbox...
I never knew. That's s really good tactic though. But if you're too impatient to wait for the DLC to come out to the point where you switch consoles then you have a problem.
