A NeoGAF user has unearthed images of what look set to be Call of Duty: Ghosts special editions.

The premium editions of the game will reportedly come in Hardened and Prestige flavours, with both including a season pass offering access to four map packs.

The season pass will also include a "bonus team leader digital pack", perhaps given greater weight to speculation that CoD: Ghosts will introduce a new online 'Squads' mode.

Both packs will also come with the previously confirmed pre-order bonus Call of Duty Ghosts DLC, a multiplayer map called Free Fall. It will mark the introduction of "dynamic map events" to the series, which see battlegrounds undergo landscape-altering events during matches.

If the Hardened and Prestige editions are legitimate, we'll likely find out this evening, when Activision and Infinity Ward are due to reveal the game's multiplayer component.
