Do you even watch the video? You get care packages by doing the special assignment, not a 4 kill streak. Plus there was only around 5 kill streaks you were allowed to use so there was basically a 1/5 chance getting it.

Are you just absolutely stupid? Apparently, you don't know what the word "dynamic" means. The nuke is from a dynamic effect to that map and that map only. Did you not notice the changes the map had after the nuke went off? It's a one time only thing. You can't get it over and over. it is the exact same as getting a M.O.A.B in MW3. It does not end the game. I doubt you will be able to get it in a care package, i think they put it in there specifically for the reveal to show off some things they have in store

Yeah I saw that after but he did win the game because of it. That's why I thought he won. Still a stupid idea. Getting something that instantly kills the other team should be a lot harder to get.
