Microsoft has released a new Xbox One video that highlights the benefits of the Xbox Live cloud.

Turn 10 Creative Director Dan Greenawalt talks about Forza 5's learning AI, Drivatar, and other ways in which the cloud network will benefit players and developers.

According to a new post on Xbox Wire, the Cloud will offer devs greater control over updates.

"The cloud enables a conversation between the Forza team and their community, which is at the heart of Forza Motorsport 5," it reads.

"Through the cloud, the Forza team can add new challenges, new achievements and let the community vote with their actions. So if drag racing is a hit with the community, for example, the team can add more challenges."

The cloud will also enhance multiplayer matchmaking, says MS. "The cloud makes it nearly effortless for developers to hook up dedicated servers for multiplayer matches, so there is less lag and quick pick-up, so you can start playing very quickly."

Microsoft has released a list of games that are targeted to be available for Xbox One on launch day, including Forza Motorsport 5, Ryse: Son of Rome and Killer Instinct.

Microsoft expects to release its new console in November, though its initial target of 21 launch countries was recently narrowed to 13.
