Grand Theft Auto 5 makes off with over $800 million on day one

Worldwide sales of the latest entry in Rockstar's open-world crime series, Grand Theft Auto 5, have surpassed $800 million in just 24 hours at retail. This figure represents a new day-one high for both the series and parent company Take Two Interactive.
Currently, Grand Theft Auto 5 only has a single-player component on Xbox 360 and PS3. Rockstar announced the multiplayer supplement, Grand Theft Auto Online, will launch on October 1.
I know right, it's insane! The game will continue to make profit!
In total I think they will make around 3-4 billion from GTA V alone that is an enormous profit and I cannot wait for GTA V Online only 8 days to go now :D.

Exactly, I hope the Call of duty series goes bankrupt.
I doubght this to happen very much as others have said in other articles on the site a lot of people are just sheep and buy the game I do not think they will go bankrupt but I do think they will loose a lot of sales in the next console as they have even more games to compete with.
I agree with this. Call of Duty may be getting worse by the game but regardless of this people will want to buy it just because it's "CoD". I don't think they'll go bankrupt but they might stop making games, that won't happen for a looonggg time though.
