CoD Ghosts: first 500 to play at Eurogamer get free Prestige Edition

4.7
Call of Duty: Ghosts is playable at Eurogamer Expo this week. Be among the first 500 to play multiplayer on the show floor and you’ll get a free copy of the Prestige Edition. Blimey.

Eurogamer reports that the first 500 people with a public pass will be eligible for the freebie on Thursday 26th September – so that means no press or industry types, thankfully. I fully expect a stampede of epic proportions as soon as the doors open at Earl’s Court, so you’ll probably find me avoiding the rush playing Dark Souls 2 or something.

After playing, Activision reps will take your name and address for when the game launches in the UK on November 5.

Eurogamer Expo takes place September 26-29 at Earl’s Court, London.

Are you going? We’ll be there.

Yin That is so many free cameras. Activision can certainly afford it though. Pretty cool. They even help military veterans get jobs (which they have spent millions on.) Hate Call of Duty all you want, but that is respectable. They may be money hungry as businesses usually are, but they are a generous money hungry business.

Also, what is all of this talk that Battlefield is beating Call of Duty? The one site I use (that only shows US pre-orders for some reason) say that Call of Duty is pre-ordered more than Battlefield on each console. I would really like to see where that information is wrong (or different for other countries.) It'd be interesting to compare.

BF4 has more total pre-orders on next gen....

So I've heard you say. I just don't see anything that indicates that but an article written July 1st. According to US numbers (and if this site is legitimate), then that would now be wrong. I'm not discrediting Battlefield at all, but I just don't see the proof. Here are some screen caps of the US numbers from VGChartz:

PS4: http://gyazo.com/88a5f556fe088ababfcf178d846a29b1
Xbox One: http://gyazo.com/2351da41819a66091e50c9238b414fdd

If you know of a more accurate site, then let me know. I have been trying to find one. Global statistics would be better as well.

Pashtun COD is so desperate for attention now.

*If this was BF4*: AOMGMGGM DICE IS AMAZINIGG, THEY CARE ABOUT US SOOOOO MUCH. DUM COD ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING MONE.

Both companies care about money, but DICE deserves it.

So does CoD, they didn't just start out selling millions. They worked their way up for their fan base, and maintained that fan base.

And the majority of it is from 12 year olds.
They barely add anything to their games.

This is nothing to them to give out I wish I could do it.

xSTaTiCBLuEx So the first 500 or the first '500 people with a public pass'. It kinda disagrees with it self.

It does not "disagree with itself", please learn how to read.
