Microsoft employees playing Xbox One early

Some Microsoft employees have recently been seen playing 'Xbox One' while people have been checking their Xbox LIVE profiles through their Xbox 360.

As you can see in the two images below, it shows multiple 'Launch Team' members from Xbox playing 'Xbox One' and it also shows up on their Xbox.com profiles, too.
For example, live.xbox.com/en-US/Profile?gamertag=Aphetor - Aphetor is currently 'Online playing Xbox One' as it is listed on his profile on Xbox.com at the time of writing.

If you would like to see more employees playing Xbox One, take a look at some friends list (https://live.xbox.com/en-US/Friends?gamertag=Aphetor) You can see a whole host of
people who have been playing Xbox One Recently.

This could mean that Microsoft is holding last minute tests for Xbox One as the console is set to be available in 21 markets this November. The Xbox One price has been set at £425 / €499 / $499.


It's worth noting that as reported back in August a lucky bunch of Microsoft employees will receive a free Xbox One on launch day -- in an exclusive white and silver-grey photo below.

Because they are allowed to steal any gamertag they want.


Not about stealing, believe it or not they can put gts on hold.


They take all of the good publicly known gamertags that are put up for sale, even when the owner did not allow them to have it.

or they just made them before anyone because they've been working for microsoft since the original xbox...


Some made them early, but the majority take them from people.


I'd be pretty upset if I got my gamertag jacked from Microsoft if I had an amazing tag

I think it will come sooner than that, but anyway, I would definitely get one if they offered it at release.


Or you could just paint the one you get on release day and make it whatever color you want :-) . Although I don't think this is a great idea, at least wait until people figure out how to take the thing apart :---)

Well it's probably 0.01% of the people who work for Microsoft who get the console early, and a very small percentage of them get a nice GT. Besides, a GT means nothing at all..
