Video: Developers discuss Xbox One multiplayer features
As previously revealed, the core of the new Xbox Live multiplayer experience is centered around reputation. As you play online, people will be able to rate their experience with you, and your reputation will go up or down accordingly. From there, you’ll be paired with other players of like reputations so you no longer have to play games with the less savory folks in the community.
Another big change coming to multiplayer is dedicated servers and cloud processing. For the former, Microsoft says that every online game on Xbox Live will now be hosted via a dedicated server. That means less lag and less cheating all around. As for cloud processing, Xbox One developers will be able to offload some computations, like AI processing, onto Microsoft’s servers to increase performance.
Finally, the Xbox team will be introducing some major changes to achievements on Xbox One. For starters, achievements lists are no longer static. For the life of the game, developers can introduce as many achievements as they want. Some of these new achievements may even fall into new categories, like Challenge Achievements or Community Achievements. For example, a developer may introduce an achievement in a racing game that challenges the community to reach 5 billion miles driven. Once that goal is reached, every player that participated will receive the achievement.

there is so many good new features but at the same time there are so many bad points to the new system, why Microsoft didnt send out a Q&A on xbox live and ask for feed back on the new Xbox One ??

Gossip I dont like what they are doing to the Achievement system. I like the feeling of completing a game with every achievement. Now they can go in and add more when they want. Don't like it at all.
So what your saying is: Giving people an incentive to play a game more after they have completed it is a bad thing?

Unbatedzz What I learned from this video:
1. We can no longer mod games by game saves because we can't access them.
2. It will be more of a hassle to take our progress in games to other places(because now game saves are stored on our profile and inaccessible so we have to download them on other xboxs along with our accounts).
3. We have no more rights to access everything on our hard drive.
your 1st point, Yes that seems right
Your 2nd point, Wrong. It's actually easier because your gamesaves are on the cloud, there is no downloading them, they will be ready to use the instant you sign in with your gamertag.
3. This i am unsure as they didn't explain it very much.

xInsidious This seems like a good and bad thing. What if some "clan" of little kids abuses the downvoting of your rep? It just seems too easy to get negative rep...
That won't work, it will check to see if all his friends have cruelly played with you before and will see if they all know each other, so it will be able to figure out they have done that

TurtleOrgans cool....until some as* in SND and his friends all report me and my rep goes down :P
They have said that things like that won't work on affecting someone's rep
