Microsoft: Cloud turns any Xbox One in the world into your Xbox
In terms of SmartGlass, Penello says the big appeal for Microsoft is discovery – being able to find content on the go, highlight it on a SmartGlass device, then come home and find it right there on Xbox One. "You can browse the entire catalog of games and entertainment on Xbox One on SmartGlass," Penello adds, and "you can navigate the dash; you can navigate your Blu-ray movies."
Ryse: Son of Rome and Dead Rising 3 are also specifically called out for their SmartGlass functionality. Ryse lets players customize their characters, set up multiplayer matches and comb through a bunch of other content while away from the console, while Dead Rising 3's integration is more literal – your real-life phone is treated as a phone, and Dead Rising 3 will dispatch mission calls with their own storylines and characters through SmartGlass.

Yin I have questions though. Will games save on both the system and the cloud? If so, will it try and load from the system or cloud first? I would hate to play while the internet is down and it load from the cloud later when I am further along in the game. Could mess my save up. This is all assuming it would be two separate saves and not just the latest save that could be linked to your name. (I may have answered my own question, lol.) I really like this idea if they get it to work properly.
I would assume it would work the same way as it does now, saves locally then tries to upload the save when the console is powering down.
I would also want the console to check if the latest save is local or on the cloud. If the latest save is local it should load the local save and try to move it to the cloud whilst the console is powering down. If the latest save is on the cloud it should download it to a temporary directory then load from there and when you save, upload it back to the cloud.

Some will be both and others will be just the cloud or console. It really just depends on the type of game. It seems to me like all multiplayer saves will be on the cloud though to prevent people from altering or modifying saves.
