GTA Online Rockstar Announce Bans Are Coming Soon

With GTA Online being the centre of gaming for 2 weeks it seems rockstar have more on there hands than they every expected, as if the servers not working wasn't enough they now have to deal with glitches and money exploits. Rockstar have set out to ban anyone doing glitches than unbalances the online economy, in a custom care call rockstar said the following "We’re aware of the issue and until we can fix it, we’ll ban anyone with a history of abusing this design flaw. It will ruin others’ enjoyment by dis-balancing the economy that’s vital to the Online experience. We’re in discussion with Microsoft, too, to escalate these bans from online privileges to user accounts as a statement against these antics. We don’t expect any outrage from the law-abiding player base who haven’t devalued others’ items and hard-work with an exploit – these the customers we are proud to help" Nothing has been said about doing mission replays but taking the glitch to the next level with selling your personal car or bike can result in a ban in the near future.

Replaying missions isnt a glitch. but selling your car over and over again is you cant compare the two their is no logic in that.

Ok where is the interview? why is the only source these people can give are other people who "called" rockstar and wrote what they "told" them


actually he is right they did say it in a Q&A and he doesnt have to link you quit being lazy and go look it up.

This is absolutely stupid, why ban people? i worked my ass off just to pay for a $60 game, so i should be able to whatever i damn like. just remember we have power not them, we tell them what we want.

Ok Rockstar made an amazing game, but they "cant" retrieve lost characters but can see who did a glitch and ban them ? It's pretty stupid, people have spent money on cash-packs and have had their money taken from them without getting anything back. And I can't see why they should ban people from a game for doing something which the game actually allows them to do without any mods and what can they expect, people are getting bored with the online now, I bought my apartment legit 5 cars legit and only glitched 3 cars, its getting boring doing the same tdm, missions and being punished for blowing up and killing other players, if maybe they released some sort of DLC people wouldn't be finding these glitches in the first place. Damn.

Piss off R*. First getting online not working for 5 days. Then not getting the glitch fixed and then ban the people who did it. Played enough GTA though FIFA is now . And micro$oft can piss off to.

I can admit, I did the glitch :( Now it is only a matter of time before I get banned... Or maybe i'll luck out and not get banned, only time will tell!
