Sony vid takes you through 18 years of PlayStation in one bedroom

Sony Playstation released a brand new video today celebrating past glories, momentous achievements and cultural milestones in the company's history. From 1995 Sony has become a major part of the gaming industry, they have developed 3 home consoles, and two handhelds, including its own in-house development of award winning games like The Last of Us.


Early this year, before the PS4 was revealed to the world at E3. The hashtag #PlaystationMemories became a worldwide trending topic on twitter.

It was inspired by messages from Fans, which led Sony to create this video showing the history of Playstation before major promotions get under way on Playstation 4.

to be honest I raged at the old games too...


You would just get mad that you couldn't beat that one hard level, not get ready to tear everything apart because you keep getting killed. Not being able to beat a level is something in your control. Someone playing better than you is not and just frustrates.
