The studio says the update addresses some remaining issues causing people's vehicles or vehicle modifications to disappear due to a cloud save failure.
Other issues addressed include:
Built in measures to prevent users from losing their progress when there is a cloud outage
Built in a number of measures to protect players' cash balances even if there are network problems
Fixed an issue where on rare occasions during network problems the player could lose their Online vehicle or mods after exiting GTA Online

As a means of compensation for the game's troubled launch period, Rockstar aims to begin distributing the GTA$ Stimulus package "in the next couple of days".
The first GTA Online DLC, the Beach Bum Pack, will be downloadable for free later this month.
It will introduce new beach themed vehicles and fresh weaponry that will be useable in both GTA Online and Grand Theft Auto 5.
The DLC pack will also add new customisation options for GTA Online characters and fresh multiplayer jobs to play across Gang Attacks, Survivals, Last Team Standings, Parachutes, Deathmatches and Races.
