PS4 gets official unboxing video

PlayStation 4 now has an official unboxing video, following the early release of a fan effort over the weekend.


The official unboxing video shows off what’s included in the North American box, namely: the console itself, with a 500GB drive; a network voucher; a quick start guide; a DuckShock 4; an HDMI cable; a power cord; a USB charging cable; and a mono headset.

The PS4 launches on November 15 in North America and on November 29 in Europe and beyond.

That is really what they are going for from what i have seen. I am also crazy exited for the launch of the next generation consoles

They already have one for the Xbox One. Look it up on youtube.

Seeming that Sony has done it i'm confident that Microsoft will follow in the near future. This is how things usually go between the two companies

DemonSurfer The quality of the box looks better than the XBOX ONE box,slightly thicker cardboard so that means the games will be better too.Also looks like it was printed with higher quality ink which would explain why all the games run at 1080p unlike the poor quality printing on the XBOX ONE.The little bags inside look like i can see through them better than the ones used by XBOX so obviously SONY care more about the customers... so looks like i'll be buying PS4.I am a little worried that i didn't see any of those little ties for the bags... so i might have to get an XBOX ONE after all... hmmmm

I was trying to point how how ridiculous these arguments really are about which console is best etc... or was i? Does it sound or look as silly as someone going to the trouble of making a dramatic video about opening a box?? Seriously what did you expect to be in there?


It's still good to have an unboxing anyway, in my opinion it serves to just further increase the hype for the console and i really see no problem with it. As for your question i think we where all expecting a horse to come out of the box...

Yah this was most definitely made for the hype. I won't even be getting a ps4 and it made me kind of excited ahaha

whats so special about NA?


i think maybe its more customers in NA or just they have to get the servers up in different languges
