Xbox Official Twitter Asks Xbox Support for Help on Known Kinect Bug

4.5
One of the Xbox One bugs surfaced at launch is Kinect being displayed as not connected even if it’s plugged in, and in a rather hilarious turn of events many just saw the official Xbox Twitter account ask the Xbox Support account for help exactly about that glitch.
The tweet has since been deleted, but not before some hawk-eyed users on NeoGAF caught it on “film,” causing quite quite a bit of hilarity. At the moment we don’t know if the tweet was just a joke, a prank by an employee or the result of some relatively harmless hacking of the official Xbox One account, but it was definitely good for a laugh.
You can see the tweet and a few user responses below, for the posterity.

Update: apparently the tweet was a mistake by Microsoft’s Social Media Manager, that forgot to log out from the official account and into her personal one before tweeting (as found out by Twitter user Jacqui Frost). Oops…

Int Hhhahahah creators of xbox can't solve the problem, how embarrassing

You're stupid, the people on twitter didn't make Xbox, the Xbox development team did, the people on twitter are there basically just to advertise the console online and get the word out.

TTgUNLIMITED That's actually pretty funny considering the amount of times I have personally done that.

Same here. But it turns out one of Microsoft's employees forgot to logout out. My Kinect can't hear me anymore.

Glad the comments are full of idiots who can't even read the reason behind the misunderstanding.

I figured it would be someone on the wrong account. Not entirely sure as to whether or not this was unintended.
