Call of Duty Ghosts: Onslaught DLC dated

Infinity Ward has announced a January 28 release date for the first Call of Duty: Ghosts DLC pack, Onslaught.

"Something menacing is coming Jan. 28," the studio said on Twitter. "Get ready for the #Onslaught."

Infinity Ward posted a link to the following Instagram tease, which is set to the main theme music from the horror film Halloween.

Infinity Ward also said the DLC will introduce a fresh enemy type, spiders, in Extinction mode, which is to receive a new map called Nightfall.

A GameStop store display advertising the DLC (spotted by Twitter user @SeriousSix2010) names the Onslaught DLC maps as Fog, Containment, Bayview, Ignition and Nightfall. They're listed alongside a bonus Maverick AR and Sniper Rifle.

Infinity Ward plans to release four Call of Duty Ghosts DLC map packs. They will be available standalone or can be pre-purchased at a discount when bought as part of a DLC season pass. All Ghosts DLC will release first on Xbox.

Oasis I wanted to like this game I really did. But then I bought bf4.


The campaign was alright, I always liked the campaign in CoD, but i think Battlefield has a better campaign and multiplayer so it wins anyday

Lia I still don't know if I'll be purchasing the DLC, I usually end up disliking the maps and not playing them so I most likely won't buy it.


The last DLC I bought for CoD was the last map pack for Black Ops 1.

I most likely will not be buying this because I hardly play Ghosts anymore. No point in paying $10 or $15 on this.
