Titanfall beta not limited to pre-order customers

The Titanfall beta will not be distributed based on pre-orders, Respawn Entertainment co-founder Vince Zampella has announced

Posting on Twitter, Zampella said although he would personally like to offer priority access to pre-order customers for their support, this will not be the case.

However, neither Zampella nor Titanfall publisher have announced how they will allow access to the highly anticipated first-person shooter. Instead, Zampella simply said more details will be revealed "soon".

Waiting for things to be approved before we can announce any more details. Should be soon...


Zampella confirmed a Titanfall beta was coming for Xbox One and PC following a retailer leak and a teaser statement.

No further information on specific dates was revealed. There was also no mention of a beta for the Xbox 360 version of the game.

The Titanfall release date is March 11, according to EA's schedule. The shooter is generally considered as a key asset for Microsoft and its Xbox business. It will ship on Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.

Aggie I wonder if I can play the beta from the download I had for the Alpha? so I dont have to download it over again. Would be nice. But I am defiantly going to try it out on my PC. God dang I'm so ready for this game.


I'd like to try out the beta version of the game before i buy it because im not hyped about the game at all and a beta play may change that.


Yeah i would like to try the beta not really into mech games so i might not buy unless the game is really good.

Thlack Good, I really want to play the game before I buy. This would be a great idea for marketing, although the current version, or the beta version, will most likely not represent the final game.


Sometimes I wonder about the comments I read on TTG. You guys try so hard to be so sophisticated and shit ROFL. Your excessive use of commas and everyone trying to get their post count up without looking like it's spam. All of the comments are the same exact response.
