Far Cry: Classic slated for US release

Far Cry: Classic is a remake of the first game in the series that is slated for launch in the U.S. on the Xbox 360/PS3 on February 11 for $9.99.

The release of this specific title has been a bit of a snafu given that in the EU region it was announced as part of a collection package that included Far Cry 1/2/3 and Blood Dragon but in the US the same package was missing Classic and PS3 only.

I see these remakes are really cool and I hope that they eventually do the same thing for the next gen consoles too. The price point on this is very enticing.

I don't think the graphics are supposed to be very good. I don't think they redid the the graphics at all, just brought it to xbox 360

Yeah I really liked FarCry3 and I plan on getting the first one and number 2
