Two million reported to have participated in Titanfall betas

4.8
According to Respawn's community manager Abbie Heppe 2 million unique users took part in the recent betas performed on the PC and Xbox One.

Heppe went on to comment the team behind Titanfall is currently working out the bugs while a engineer on the project let out that they were able to assure a much less messy retail launch thanks to the betas.

“You never want to say that everything is going to be perfect. Obviously there are things that can change. But you don’t want to say, ‘oh, no, there will still be problems,’ because you don’t want to give people a lack of confidence in what you’re doing. I think that this beta was really about giving people confidence that not only will we be communicative with them, but we’re actively trying to work out any bugs now.”Respawn's community manager Abbie Heppe

The above should keep the naysayers at bay regarding a possible disastrous launch being predicted by some.

Titanfall is still slated to release on March 11th for PC, Xbox 360, and the Xbox One.

It was alright, I expected things to be better but it is only a beta. Bots should get removed but they seem to be a big aspect of the multiplayer which I think was a horrible idea.

I hope people actually post their opinions on aspects of the game to the developers.

A lot of people only see betas as a free game. They don't realize the game is still a work in progress and can be easily tweaked.

Shame they didn't release it sooner to make the most of public testing. I'm sure it'll be fine though.

That's a hell of a lot of people for Beta, i didn't play it, but i'll definitely buy the game.

Dorkus I thought the beta was really good but it had a lot of bugs in it that made it unbearable sometimes. I hope the full game isn't like the beta. Overall i had a blast playing it and i wouldn't hesitate buying the full game.

I honestly never noticed a bug. I really thought of the game as more of a early demo than a beta.
