Trailer out now for free Payday 2: Death Wish DLC

Overkill Software and Starbreeze Studios have rolled out a free expansion for Payday 2. It is currently only out on the PC but is slated for console release *soon*.

The "Death Wish update" adds a new difficulty tier known as "Death Wish", four new masks, the new '350K' brass knuckles melee weapon, 35 new achievements, and two new enemy types.

No one knows how the Death Wish difficulty alters a heist - bridges that were whole are now destroyed, skylights in buildings roofs have appeared and if I were you I'd be careful to use the wrong ingredients while cooking meth...,Death Wish Fact Sheet




This update is available free for PC players via Steam meanwhile a console release is still "TBA" according to recent press releases.

YhCHKN I can't play this game, the controls for looking around feel strange because the sensitivity speeds up the longer you turn.


If they have something like that integrated into the game, they should also have an option that disables it.

PayDay 2 seems to be a really repetitive game from what I've played. The trailer is amazing and I really hope it adds something new.

I have this DLC already, it completely fu*ks up the stealth system and ruins all other difficulties due to certain changes in the maps.

Axe I bought this game a few months back, and I honestly do not like it at all. This DLC doesn't seem like its worth purchasing either.


If you read the article it says it's free.
Its possible that they can charge us some money for it. On Steam the update was FREE but its TBA for consoles.
