March's free XBL Gold games revealed

Xbox 360 owners during the month of March will be able to grab both Sid Meier's Civilization: Revolution and Dungeon Defenders for free through the Xbox Live's Games with Gold promotion.

Gold members can snag the console-specific turn-based strategy game released in 2008, Sid Meier's Civilization: Revolution, between now and the 15th. The title is normally $29.99 to purchase off the Xbox Live Marketplace. Starting on the 16th through the end of the month gold members will be able to grab Dungeon Defenders through the same promotion. This title was first released in 2011 by Trendy Entertainment, a sequel is currently in development. Dungeon Defenders is normally priced at $14.99 for sale on Xbox Live.

While Gold members on the Xbox 360 have been enjoying two free games a month for sometime now, Xbox One users have yet to receive anymore news when they get some love. A few months back Microsoft released that Xbox One gamers would be getting the Games with Gold promotion "sometime later in 2014, no more relevant information has been released since then.

I didn't realize that Bill Gates was still active CEO of Microsoft.


Um, he's not... He is leaving his role as chairman of the board and is taking a new role as Founder and Technology Advisor. This comes in turn with Satya Nadella becoming the new CEO.


Kids need to stop crying about how rich Bill Gates is, if they could have made that much money they would have too, no matter what they say. Plus kids don't realise that when they give things away to everyone, to individuals it may be $20-$50 but times that by the millions getting it free using the service it adds to incredible amounts that's not good for business to loose that amount of money and keep Microsoft and xbox developing, and coming out with new things, the more money they can throw into research and development the better potential outcomes they can achieve for the next gen games/ consoles. So why don't you kids stop bitching because people arnt giving you free stuff all the time

It's because it's actually free on Xbox.. On PS+ you're renting them, DRM, don't buy PS+ and you lose the games and can't play them. On Xbox you actually own the license.
