Two million accounts have crafted weapons in F2P shooter Loadout

Loadout developer Edge of Reality announced yesterday that the build-what-you-want, shoot-everyone-in-sight game had more than 2 million accounts get locked 'n' loaded - that's "created" in layman's terms - in the short span of two weeks.

Note that this is 2 million accounts, not necessarily 2 million players. Nonetheless, it's an impressive figure for the free-to-play shooter. After all, those who signed up for Loadout's mayhem have logged more than 9 million hours since its release on January 31

Because he saw "F2P Shooter" and thought oh must be TF2. He didn't even fully ready the title or even look at the picture.

That's a number to be proud of, plus 9 million hours logged reinforces that people are actually active.

It's actually more fun to play these comical graphic games than playing a plain shooter, because it has a lot of detail and originality.

That's a fair few accounts. I personally have not played the game but it's great to see that it has been doing so well. I saw some youtubers playing the beta a few months ago and it seemed quite interesting

Thespian 2 million accounts is quite a bit but not the most ive seen. It looks like Shoot many robots to me might try it.


I thought it slightly looked like TF2.

I think that's their goal, appeal to the TF2 audience. It's an amazing game, really fun to play with friends.
