Titanfall on PC is a 21GB download, requires 48GB install

The PC version of Titanfall will be a 21GB download, and will take up 48GB when installed.

Respawn Entertainment founder Vince Zampella confirmed the figures on Twitter last week in response to a question posed by a fan.

Zampella also used the social networking site to reconfirm that the Xbox One version of Titanfall will take up less than 20GB when installed.

In late February, Microsoft announced a limited edition Xbox One Titanfall console bundle. It features special edition Titanfall packaging, an Xbox One console, Kinect sensor, standard wireless controller and chat headset, one month Xbox Live Gold membership and a digital copy of Respawn's shooter.

While publisher EA has confirmed a PC and Xbox One Titanfall release date of March 11 in North America and March 13 in Europe, the Xbox 360 version, which is being handled by Bluepoint Games, was recently delayed until March 25 in the US and March 28 in Europe.

yeah, this game requires a solid gaming pc, you can't just play it on a normal pc (piece'o crap)


I could play it on my laptop (STOCK) it has 500 gb on it, got it for Christmas I could play most games.

Augury Wow, that's a great load of Gigabytes reserved for just 1 game. Luckily my computer has 750GB hard drive.


you should have 1TB if you're playing games on it, .75TB is not enough in my opinion.

Oh dang, forgot about Max Payne 3. Yeah, that was a pretty big game. But this game requires 48gb to install. May Payne 3 doesn't.
