Kanashimi It basically an educational/hobbiests tool for programming. If you don't know how to code it's literally just a green square to you.
Yeah most of the people on TTG are just here for the lobbies.

I'm not really surprised a lot of members on ttg have no idea what a Raspberry Pi is. Most of the members on here are just talking to each other. This mine as well just be a little facebook.

Yup, it is a nice thing to use though. Very clever green square.

Not necessarily, I wasn't really into programming but I did manage to get a web server running and that's really the only thing I use it for. But it's still pretty useful.

Odin-CP-Dynamic-CPLia This is the first time I've heard of this device.
Is it worth it because it seems kind of cool?
You're not interested in tech, are you?
I have never heard of it and i am interested in tech :P
It is/was very famous, so the only way you could have missed it is if you never read tech news.....
Yeah the rPi was huge! I am surprised you guys hadn't heard of it, and yes it is worthy it if you are tech savvy..
First time I've heard about this but I could be mistaken and forgot about it :S

I am really expecting to see these units take off in the education sector with like High Schools and Middle schools, it seems like a very good cheap opportunity for kids to learn about computers what goes into them and actually when they are done use them and take it home with them.

daRealRush I never knew about these things until now!
This thing must be pretty cool, it's like a mini computer. I might buy one, if there in my price range.
It's basically for n00bs to learn programming! :P It should be well withing your price range as they're less than 20GBP(or around $35) for the Model A. You can buy a Model B for a little extra which has twice the RAM.
