Titanfall bans being issued to cheaters

Titanfall studio Respawn Entertainment has started banning cheaters.

Following confirmation that the studio has started to issue bans, developer Jon Shiring took to Twitter to explain that anti-cheat detection measures had been active since the launch of the game.

In early March Respawn said it was working hard to eliminate Titanfall cheaters: "Finding cheaters in Titanfall? So are we. We're logging them now and they will be rooted out shortly."

Titanfall debuted at No.1 on the UK all formats chart on Monday after enjoying the biggest launch of 2014 to date.

The game drove a 96 per cent increase in UK Xbox One sales during the week ended March 15.

TTG has moved very far from the hacked lobby era of its previous times.
Granted, they are still present and available, but the site's focus is completely different from back then - certainly not 'encouraging' cheating.

hackers already, people are terrible. and if its xp lobbies then they really are bad as its soo easy to level up :D

I wonder what kind of exploits there is in the game. Never knew there was any. It's nice that they're doing this to make the game fair.

Didn't evewn know there were exploits or cheats in the game, if it for XP they need to get good as it isn't hard to level up....
