Project Morpheus revealed by Sony at GDC

PlayStation executive Shuhei Yoshida has officially revealed the PS4's virtual reality headset currently codenamed "Project Morpheus" at GDC late yesterday. Yoshida brought an end to months of rumors about the supposed device when he formally announced the device. The currently released technical specifications can be found below with further official comments.

'Social Screen feature' mirrors experience onto TV (Allows for unique asymmetric gameplay)

Supports 'forward prediction'

I think that many gamers like the thought of virtual reality gaming, it would bring an entirely new level of fun to gaming. I look forward to the future of Sony and how well they achieve their goals, and whilst the price will likely be expensive, it could very well be worth every penny.
