Xbox One best-selling console in UK, but PS4 remains in control

Xbox One is the best-selling console four weeks running, according to a report on MCV. Sales are up due to three factors: shortages of PlayStation 4, a £30 price cut, and the release of Titanfall – the latter of which helped Xbox One sales increase by 96%. Despite the recent increase in sales, Sony’s PlayStation 4 is still “in control,” according to retailers, and next week’s figures may tell a different tale with a replenishment in stock. A new PS4 shipment arrived last weekend, giving the console a 72% boost in sales. MCV was informed extra stock of the console would land in stores in time for infamous: Second Son’s release – which was yesterday.

Console Wars are stupid af, 99% of people defending PS4 saying its a better console havent even played a Xbox One and Vice-Versa, Me i currently have a XBONE and a PS4 and I'd much prefer my Xbone just to the simplest fact that i have lots of problems with mu PS4s connection

Titanfall's exclusiveness plays a huge factor in the increase in sales I would imagine.

Oasis Only the stubborn old men buy PS4's to remember the good ol days, then not long after they realise nostalgia is short lived and actually they should of bought a Xbox.

It's so funny watching all of you and others trying to take the moral high ground when in reality my post was a joke, designed to ruffle the feathers, and guess what, it worked. It'll continue to work as long as there are people like all of you that can't resist chiming it with your two cents about "how good they both are" or "how you've been a fan since whenever".

If you all took a step back and got off your high horse you would of seen the joke, but instead you were all blinded by your own self righteousness.

I wish everyone, including Oasis who seems to be starting most of these now, would stop dropping flame-bait in ever article so that we could at least see actual comments regarding the article rather than some obnoxious fanboy/ troll comment.

ive played both and i cant tell the difference mainly because they games have exactly the same features and play the same just on different consoles so i dont care as long as i can play great im happy
