Report: PS4 UK sales jump 106 percent after Infamous: Second Son

Sucker Punch's open-world action game, Infamous: Second Son, contributed to a 106 percent increase in PlayStation 4 hardware sales in the UK this week, MCV reports.

Second Son claimed top honors in the GfK Chart-Track UK software sales rankings earlier today, beating out high-profile recent releases like Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes and Dark Souls 2. Titanfall's recent release triggered a similar sales spike for the Xbox One last week, leading to a 96 percent boost in UK sales for Microsoft's console.

It's a matter of opinion. The game was beautiful with a great story. Mechanics were awful not gonna lie but I loved it and glad that I bought it. Still better then titan fall.

Miss To think one game can make this much of an impact amazes me. Wonder what other games will do this to both the consoles.
