Watch Dogs PC specs released

Watch Dogs has just under two months until it launches for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on May 27th; today Ubisoft formally released the official minimum and recommended system specifications for the PC iteration of the title. Just a FYI: Watch Dogs Standard and Deluxe(+$10 of base price) is available now for pre-purchase via Steam!

Minimum:

OS: Windows Vista (SP2), Windows 7 (SP1) or Windows 8 (Please note that we only support 64 bit OSs.)
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 @ 2.66Ghz or AMD Phenom II X4 940 @ 3.0Ghz
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: DirectX 11 graphics card with 1 GB Video RAM – Nvidia Geforce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD 5770
DirectX: Version 11
Hard Drive: 25 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c Compatible Sound Card with Latest Drivers
Additional Notes: Broadband connection and service required for multiplayer mode. Supported Video Cards at Time of Release: nVidia GeForce GTX460 or better, GT500, GT600, GT700 series; AMD Radeon HD5850 or better, HD6000, HD7000, R7 and R9 series Intel Iris Pro HD 5200

I do... sorta.

My MacBook has a 4 Core i7 that has Hyper-Threading which converts the threads into 2 separate so basically 8 Virtual cores.
Same thing on my PC rig.


I've got the same. rMBP with Win8 bootcamp for the win!

i do, it was $200 and was AMD's limited edition. it is great and a perfect choice when building your own AMD based pc.

They're available from AMD, not too expensive either.

intel cpu's with hyper threading also essentially have 8 cores.
