Trials Fusion is 1080p on PS4, 900p on Xbox One

Ubisoft has confirmed that the PC and PS4 versions of Trials Fusion will run in native 1080p, while the Xbox One edition will run in 900p following a day one patch.

The Xbox 360 version of Trials Fusion will run in native 600p, "like all leading games on the platform", with each version of the game running at a constant 60fps, the publisher told B-Ten.com.

The site reports that the day one Trials Fusion patch will increase the resolution of the Xbox One version from 800p to 900p, while improving the PS4 frame rate. Further fixes focus on track, leaderboard and replay issues.

The Trials Fusion release date is April 16 on Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS4, and April 24 on PC. Fusion is the first game in the series to appear on a Sony console.

The digital download will cost £15.99, while a physical version including the base game and a season pass will be available from April 17. The season pass will be available separately for £15.99, offering access to six post-launch DLC packs containing new tracks, bike parts, rider gear and items.

Graphics will always be better on the PS4! Thats why i favor it more and own one. This is a great game because I have the beta and love it. Would recommend it to anyone.

You won't see the difference unless you look at the two different resolutions. 1080p just looks a lot sharper and not up-scaled. If you spend $500 on a system that's "next-gen" it should at least be in 1080p. 4k and 8k is coming around and a next gen consoles can't even maintain 1080p?

No offense buddy but there is such a difference between 1080p and 720p, if you've never really experienced 1080p before its not much of a loss but once you see the crisp detail it offers, its hard too see 720p as acceptable, especially for a 429 price tag when the competitor is 100 cheaper and has 1080p.

The Xbox one uses 1080p certain games are not running 1080p which is all software related which means Updates will be released... seriously the ps4 is cheaper because they didnt bundle their garbage eyecam..

Playstation may have better resolution on some games but that is temporary,

Xbox One has Cloud Computing and Dedicated Servers which is what Core Gamers Need to prevent Host Advantage and Host Migration..

Xbox one hasnt even started its Rein Over Next Gen Gaming, PS4 is an over glorified PS3, XBOX is Changing the world of gaming..

I would dare say that the xbone is ahead of its time in technology but you can't deny the facts that the ps4 is ahead in hardware. Cloud computing is an amazing technology but also at this time completely useless for the majority.

Ps4 may be ahead in hardware, but if you look at the overall concept of what direction both consoles are going, the xbox one definitely took this. Ps4 really is a glorified ps3 if you think about it, xbox as well in ways. however i still think the xbox won in innovation and bringing new ideas to the playing field.

No it isn't... If you want innovation that would be Nintendo not Microsoft.Remember what Microsoft wanted to do to gaming on Xbox One? PS4 and Xbox One aren't much different from last gen at all and that includes graphics.I own all 3 consoles btw so don't start with the fanboy stuff.

I have a 1920x1200 PC monitor yet have to put up with games these days forcing 16:9 on me, that means 1920x1080 so I lose 120 lines, not fair this considering 16:9 is for movie nerds not gamers.
