First official Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare screenshots

Activision has released the first official screenshots for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

The trio of high-resolution shots comes in conjunction with the firm's official Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare announcement, which was delivered on Friday, brought forward from a previously publicized Sunday unveiling, likely due to the numerous comprehensive leaks which prematurely outed the game Thursday evening.


Activision has confirmed that the Sledgehammer-developed game will be set in a 'plausible future', specifically year 2054, staring Kevin Spacey as the main antagonist Jonathan Irons.

The Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare release date is set for November 4 on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4 and PC.

I don't think any Call of Duty game will ever amount to what WaW and Mw2 before mods were released for those two games. But Black Ops 2 and CoD 4 is a close second.

Cloaking, orange heat signatures exoskeletons... Sounds like COD got a bit jelly of titanfalls success and instead of creating something different, new and exciting they are ripping off titanfall. I have played every COD to date and loved most of all Zombies more than anything but i have to say i cant stand the COD franchise these days. Copy, paste repeat. That's all it is and people are still buying into this crap. If we are going to make progress into new and exciting gaming then we need to shed the stale old crap like the COD franchise.
