As part of GameInformer’s month long exclusive coverage on Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, they have just released a new video interview with Sledgehammer Games founders Glen Schofield and Michael Condrey. They discuss what makes Advanced Warfare different along with changes they made to the core gameplay. Take a look:

Backbone I can't believe your slating one of the best call of duty's ever made. Remember it's not just mw2 that had stopping power, I don't think it made made that much of a difference anyway because I got used to playing hardcore which is based mainly on reactions and who saw who first. Campers should only really kill you once because after you know where they are (unless their smart and move about(which kind of isn't camping anyway))

Going back to AW, I really hope it doesn't have the unlock tokens like black ops 1 and ghosts. I think it spoils the game if you can just go and buy the best gun after you 2nd match. I think black ops 2 perfected how the unlock system should be and ghosts just made it worse.

Please don't quote me listing and numbering all the things you disagree with from my post. I have an opinion, you have yours. But if I agreed with you we'd both be wrong.

One thing that was good in bo1 is you had to be 14th to have a gold gun forced people to prestige and not just stay at 1 lv with all the guns and perks and make it so hard for the rest of us to lv up.

People cant give it even a chance. For gods sake it a campaign trailer...Its not like Its multiplayer or something. Black ops 2 campaign had cloak in it. But did you see It In multiplayer? Hell No. This took 3 years too make. This is the first thing they release and you dont even give it a chance? Sad. I have played cod since cod 4. There trying to CHANGE It up. Not keep making it stale and boring. You people keep complaing because its the same shit different C.O.D. But when they try too change It you think its a clone of Titanfall? This game was in development before titanfall was even a thought. It took 2 years for them too make Titanfall. If you dont like my post who cares? This is my opinion. Please get your own.

Looks to me that they are heading towards the "Titanfall" Look, But knowing Call of Duty and its "Differences" there isn't going to be any, the only one i can see is its probably gonna end up worse.

Im always willing to give things a chance but in my honest opinion Im not sure if its goijg to feel like a cod game, more like a titanfall/halo game. I been playing cod since the day cod 4 came out and I wish new cods could be developed around old cods. Still be a new game with new stories and maps but have the feel of 'call of duty' and not titanfall, plus climbing up walls, possible super jumping, launching people across the room. Just not cod anymore.

-Swift The thing that pisses me off about everyone in this community is that you give nothing a chance. This game has been in development for 3 God damn years. If you think its going to be the same as Ghosts or MW3 you are out of your mind. When Titanfall getting interviews like this everyone was saying "Lets Go", "I can't wait", "This is going to be awesome". And with a game that is being made by a company that has never made a Call of Duty before, besides the Single Player campaign of Modern Warfare 3(Which was one of the best I might add), you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about when you say "this game is going to be like the others.

Yeah the multiplayer was garbage I agree with that. But SH Games had nothing to do with the multiplayer. They helped with the single player.
nah all 3 companies equally put time into everything. plus the design of CoD: AW mimics Titanfall and i already own that game. not buying a cod version of TF (literally).

yeah commando, oma, noobtubes, OP killstreaks, camper friendly maps, unbalanced gameplay, danger close and stopping power, and quickscoping.

You can't use that as an excuse because after the third title update there was no one at Infinity Ward to fix the problems with the game most everybody left. Also killstreaks were not op you were just to lazy to shoot the **** down, every fps has campers, unbalanced I don't think you know the definition, stopping power was what made the game balance.

2. yes they were lets list them we got: pred missle, harrier, pavelow, chopper gunner, AC-130, and the nuke. if you think those aren't OP then you're an idiot. also i shot down my fair share of air killstreaks. just because they can be shot down doesn't mean they're OP.

3. there were a ridiculous amount of campers. and the oma/noobtubes made everyone camp harder because everybody wanted a nuke. care to prove me wrong?

4. stopping power had no counter like it did in waw and cod 4. the extra damage it gave broke the game. it was a matter of if you didn't have stopping power you would lose almost every gun fight against someone with stopping power.

Most everything could be shot down or destroyed there for they were not op. The streaks were so easy to get because the game was easy to play plus you could easily find who ever was going for the nuke and kill him whether he was camping or not.

I also say again what shooter has no campers. Again OMA and noobtubes were never fixed because there was no one there to fix them.

I don't know what kind of player you were but I ran other perks besides stopping power and was still able to kill people fine you are just making excuses.

2. streaks were easy to get because of the system they used. i get a pred missle kill 6 people and boom i have a pavelow. plus noobtubes and oma and danger close made this more of a problem.

3. i never said no game had camping now did i? plus the thing you're referring to happened about mid 2010 about the same time we got the first map pack am i right? they had 5+ months and still couldn't decide whether not OMA was OP or not. and even with the team they had they still could of nerfed it.

4. i was a decent player and i still killed my fair share of users with SP. but that's not the point the point is if you didn't have SP you would die.




anyway i'm not going to get into a 5 page argument with you. you keep your opinions to yourself and i'll keep mine thanks.
