EstablishedGaming Infinite is possible they would just need to allocate the correct amount of ram.
It literally says in the article that its due to the limit on the size of save files... it has nothing to do with the amount of ram needed, theres no questions the consoles could handle it the save files would just be too large

The next gen consoles are equal to affordable gaming pc's but if you put extra buck into a gaming rig then you will have something out of this world

You obviously didn't read the article. The reason for the worlds not being infinite, is because of World save files.
I did read the article, but if you read the comments you have kids claiming the next gen consoles are equal to a standard gaming PC. That's what my comment was aimed towards.
Really? You don't buy a console for "Beautiful Graphics" you buy it for the social portion. Consoles will never be as powerful as PCs because you can't upgrade them, Excluding the Steam Box.
