Rumor: Halo 1-4 bundled in Master Chief Collection for Xbox One

The saga of Master Chief will be packaged up in Halo: The Master Chief Collection for Xbox One this year, Engadget reported. The bundle will seemingly combine Bungie's Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2 and Halo 3 as well as 343 Industries' contribution, Halo 4, into one HD-remastered pack.

The Master Chief Collection will apparently ignore Halo 3: ODST and Halo: Reach in order to hone in on the story of the iconic hero. The bundle would tide fans of the series over for the time being, as Halo 5: Guardians is slated to launch on Xbox One in fall 2015.

I am glad to see what they did with this at E3. It's gong to be an amazing bundle and the time they have spent to upgrade the games and improve it has made it amazing. I loved seeing the Halo multiplayer and I am glad they are bring the full games together and you can play any mission you want without hang to play through the whole thing. It crazy how big this game is going to be with all the multiplayer maps. The 4,000 gamerscore is pretty sweet to go with it too.

You can't play Xbox 360 games on the Xbox One, and you could already get these games for the Xbox 360.

Halo 1, halo 3, halo 3 odst, halo reach, and halo 4 is on 360. Do you want them all in one case? (Cant do disc because 360 isnt blueray) so what your saying is that you don't understand why its not coming to 360? Even though all the games are out for 360? And just buying a buddled case isnt profitable. Dumb ass get an xbox one to enjoy games that are being announced qnd released its a better console and has way more advantages then 360

This is magnificent, but IMO they should re-master it on the 360 as well for non Xbox One users.
