New Xbox One Update Allows You to Snap Skype While Gaming

One of the biggest flaws of the Xbox One version of Skype was the inability to snap it to the side while gaming.
Luckily, Microsoft just rolled out a new patch that allows you to do just that, letting you chat with your friends on the side while playing Titanfall or using other apps.
All you have to do to enable the feature is to access Skype on the console, and you’ll automatically be prompted to update it.

What? You can do that?!? That is really cool. I'd still rather just use the original party though. Unless I want to talk to people who don't have an Xbox One.

yea, its ridiculous they havnt thought of that. i mean who actually uses skype on their xbox?


A lot of people, and why the hell do you need to snap messages, you press Notifications and it's there, as quick as 360.

TTG_ANTIxPIMP I accidentally found a flaw in Microsoft/Skypes security after trying out skype. I use a gamertag that me and my brother made over 6 years ago, and he used his email to make it. so when I used the skype app on xbox it automatically signed in to skype under his email and didnt require a password o.O


same i got this problem to and now i cant sign out and use a diffrent account but i dont care because no one i know irl uses skype and theres about 5 people on my friends list that uses it of the over 100 people on my friends list that dosnt use skype
