According to a match-poster styled teaser image shared on the game's official Twitter account, the demo will feature UFC fighters Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson.
The pairing mirrors September 2013's UFC 165 event, in which Jones bested Gustafsson. The two are slated to fight again at UFC 177 in August, though the teaser notes that "The Rematch Begins Here."
An EA Sports UFC video released on Wednesday explores the game's strategic submission system.
Players who finish the game's career mode on Pro difficulty or higher will unlock martial artist Bruce Lee as a playable character in the Flyweight, Bantamweight, Featherweight and Lightweight divisions. Alternatively, those who pre-order the game will receive a code to access Lee instantly.
The EA Sports UFC release date is June 17 in North America and June 20 in the UK.
