Assassin's Creed Unity DLC reportedly outed by retailer

Retailer promotional material has reportedly outed the first Assassin's Creed Unity DLC.

The image below, via Access the Animus, suggests select retailers will be offering a pre-order bonus mission called Chemical Revolution.

The chemical revolution was centred on the work of French chemist Antoine Lavoisier, who has been dubbed the 'father of modern chemistry'.

Unity was officially announced on March 22 following the appearance of leaked promotional material.

A collaborative effort between ten Ubisoft studios, the next entry in the historical open-world series will take players to the French Revolution later this year on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

The game has been rumoured to feature a new four-player "narrative" co-op mode, separate from competitive multiplayer.

Assassin's Creed will also appear in some form on PS3 and Xbox 360 this year, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot said in May.

His comments lined up with rumours of Assassin's Creed Comet. The PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 title reportedly serves as a more direct sequel to Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, letting players sail the Atlantic coast of North America and encounter characters from past series entries.

Ubisoft will host its annual E3 media briefing on June 9, from 3pm PT (11pm UK),

Never bought an assassins creed game maybe I should this time to try it out.

Sanctorum Firstly, I don't understand all the hype with AC games. I played the first and 4th, never liked either of them very much. They are good games but not as good as they're made out to be IMHO. Also, already planning DLC before release is quite sad, IMHO, planning DLS is a pthetic attempt to make more money. It just screams greed if I'm honest. I'm sure people will disagree but this is simply my opninion.


I agree, why can't they just add the dlc in to the game now?

All AC titles apart from the first have shipped with pre-order bonuses, it's not a surprise this has been leaked.

It's a pre order bonus, they wanted to give a little bonus to there fans.
